Thank you to all who attended and participated in the Celtic Block Party! We raised some much needed funds for area organizations. We also heard some great music on a beautiful day! Thanks to Mr. Stinky Feet, Jim Cosgrove, Flannigan's Right Hook, Connacht Town, and The Elders!

September 27th, Tee it Up for SIDS Resources! Help stomp out S.I.D.S. (Sudden Infant Death Syndrome) at Swope Memorial on Sunday, September 27th. There will be an 8 a.m. shotgun start for this 4-man scramble. Spots will begin to fill up fast, so the earlier you register the better. There is a $10 discount for registering by Sept. 15th, after that date it will be $100 per player.

About SIDS Resources: Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS) is the leading cause in infant death between one month and one year of age. SIDS Resources, Inc. is the only non-profit organization in the Kansas City Area that is dedicated to fighting the tragedy of SIDS through safe sleep education, which teaches steps to significantly reduce the risk of SIDS, and bereavement support to those who have lost a baby to SIDS. All services are provided free of charge.
